Manufacturing and trading company OMEGA Sp. z o. o. in Gdansk was established in 1989. It was registered as a commercial law company in the District Court in Gdansk. OMEGA Sp. z o. o. is wholly a national capital company.
Beginnings of the company's activity evolved around designing and working out new products including preparing models and prototypes in the fields of mechanics, precise mechanics, electronics, automation, IT, or process equipment.
The experience gained by the company, modern technical base and the team of specialist which was created over years made it possible to broaden the company's activity by the dedicated solutions for monitoring vehicle and machine work – XTrack.
Basic assumption defining directions of the works on the design, when both equipment and programmes were concerned, and at the same time remaining the key factor influencing development of the product was working out a telematic system which, owing to wide range of its advanced functionality, would be a tool for effective management also making it possible to optimize costs connected with vehicle and machine use in a company.
